Commissioner joins His Majesty The King in Golders Green |
||
|
Yesterday, Sir Mark Rowley, the Commissioner of the Met Police, joined His Majesty The King in Golders Green to meet members of London’s Jewish community following recent events and discuss the Met’s policing response. You can read more about the visit here.
Jewish Londoners are living with sustained fear and targeted hostility, and it is vital you feel protected and supported.
The Met have increased protective deployments, strengthened neighbourhood and specialist coverage, and continue to work closely with community leaders, schools, faith organisations and volunteers. This is visible, intelligence led policing focused on prevention, reassurance and keeping people safe.
If you have any concerns about your safety, please report it using our online reporting tools at https://www.met.police.uk, speak to an operator in our Force Communications Room via our online web chat or call the non-emergency number 101. In an emergency call 999.
Alternatively, you can stay 100% anonymous by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their untraceable online form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org | ||
